Instances When we Collect Your Personal Information

We collect Personal Information about you when you enter search terms or other information through our website, exchange communications with us by mail, email, phone, text, etc., obtain customer service or technical support, and connect with us via social media.

Personal Information That is Collected Automatically

We, our Service Providers, and other third parties automatically collect certain information about you when you access or use the Site (“Usage Information”). Usage Information may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, operating systems, information about your use of the Site, and data regarding network connected hardware (e.g., computers or mobile devices).

The methods used to collect Usage Information include:

• Web Beacons: Web beacons, also known as “Internet tags”, “clear gifs” and “tracking pixels”, are small graphic images embedded in web pages and e-mail messages. Web beacons may be used to deliver or communicate with cookies, count the number of visitors to the Site, monitor how users navigate the Site, and count content and advertising views to understand usage patterns.
• Embedded Scripts: An embedded script is programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site. It is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server or from a third party with which we work and is active only while you are connected to the Site and deleted or deactivated thereafter.

• In-App Tracking Methods: There are a variety of tracking technologies that may be included in mobile applications. They are not browser-based like cookies and cannot be controlled by browser settings. Some use device identifiers, other identifiers such as Ad IDs, or SDKs to associate app user activity to a particular app and to track user activity across apps and/or devices. SDKs are blocks of code that may be installed in our mobile application by third party companies with which we work. SDKs help us understand how you interact with our mobile application and collect certain information about the device and network you use to access our application, such as the advertising identifier associated with your device and information about how you interact with our application.

Our Service Providers may collect Personal Information on our behalf in the course of providing their services to us. Social Features on Our Site

Certain functionalities on the Site may permit interactions that you initiate between the Site and certain third-party services, such as third-party social networks (“Social Features”). Examples of Social Features include enabling you to send content such as contacts and photos between the Site and a third-party service, “liking” or “sharing” our content, logging into the Site using your third-party service account (e.g., using Facebook Connect to sign-in to the Site), and otherwise connecting the Site to a third-party service (e.g., to pull or push information to or from the Site). Do Not Track Signals

Mobile Apps

With respect to any mobile apps (“apps”) that we may have, you can stop all collection of data generated by use of the app by uninstalling the app. To uninstall an app, please follow the instructions from your operating system or device manufacturer. Email Communications

You may unsubscribe from any marketing email communications that we may distribute by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found in every commercial email we send. If you opt-out of our marketing email communications, we may still send you email messages related to your account or purchases with us. Unsubscribing from our marketing communications will not affect the level or quality of service we provide to you.

Text/SMS Messages

You have the choice to opt-in to receiving text messages and alerts on any mobile phone numbers you may share with us. Once you opt-in, we may send you text messages regarding your account and your orders, about our products, to investigate or prevent fraud; and (iv) to alert you in the event of an issue with any of your purchases. Our Site is directed solely to residents of the United States. Children’s Policy

The Site is intended for a general audience and not directed to children less than 16 years of age. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Except for payment information, social security number, and driver’s license or state ID card numbers, we may also sell or share with third parties any of the categories of Personal Information we collect. Under California law, a “sale” of Personal Information does not necessarily involve an exchange of money.
